What is GuestDesk?

Created by two professionals rooted in high-end hospitality and premium events, GuestDesk grew out of a simple but urgent need: a calm, reliable system in moments where precision matters most.

For years, we worked with a strong digital tool that supported our guest management. It functioned well but it was not built around the specific rhythm and standards of our events. We found ourselves adapting our workflow to the system, instead of the system adapting to us. So we decided to create a solution that reflected how we actually work.

GuestDesk was designed by DESIGN Bloom (Daniela Herzig), who continues to use it in her own event work, ensuring that every detail remains grounded in real-world experience.

GuestDesk is discreet, focused and intentionally simple. A system designed for professionals who understand that exceptional hospitality lives in the details.
